Adults must bring identification from Group A. Those ages 6-17 must bring identification from both group A and B. There are no exceptions.
If your child doesn't have the Photo ID listed in the table, they must acquire it in order to be pierced. We cannot accept any other form of ID. School ID cards are not acceptable, as they are easily forged.
In Wisconsin, we are limited to only doing earlobe piercings on those younger than 16-years-old (our minimum age to be pierced is 6), even with parental consent. That is the law.
